1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website and any related services, forms, quizzes, early-access programs, or community features (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the service

PLAZA is designed to help people build authentic, long-term friendships and respectful connections.

  • Not a dating service.
  • Not professional networking.
  • No spam, pitching, recruiting, or lead generation.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If the Service includes age restrictions in specific areas, you agree to follow them.

4. Accounts and access

You may need to provide accurate information (for example, an email address) to access certain features or receive results you requested.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access (if applicable).
  • You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • We may refuse, limit, or revoke access to protect the community and the Service.

5. Community conduct

When interacting with others—on the platform or in related spaces—you agree to follow respectful, high-trust behavior.

See: Community Guidelines.

Zero tolerance: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual coercion, stalking, scams, doxxing, or sharing private information without permission can result in immediate removal from the Service.

6. User content

If you submit content (messages, answers, text, uploads, feedback):

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
  • You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate others’ rights.

7. Offline meetups and safety

The Service may facilitate or encourage offline meetups, but you are responsible for your own decisions and safety.

  • Meet in public places first.
  • Trust your instincts and leave at any time.
  • Report unsafe behavior to us and, when appropriate, to local authorities.

We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of any user. Use caution and common sense.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

(See our Privacy Policy for full details.)

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes (e.g., making friends).
  • Content and guidance provided through the Service are informational and may not be suitable for every person or situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or acted in a way that harms trust, safety, or the integrity of the community.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
